In the Colombia Pacific Coast the private sector had pared with the local government and created a campaign to reduce and prevent diseases transmitted by mosquitos such as dengue, chikunguña, malaria and the recent zika virus. The campaign aims to prevent deaths by early detecting the diseases in children and pregnant women.
