Political correctness running American society today resembles a train without brakes; we keep dividing ourselves into smaller groups and claiming that this or that statement is offensive.
With the knowledge that recording devices are everywhere, the regular Dick and Sally try very hard to keep their conversations to a minimum as not to say anything that can be construed as offensive among their colleague, friends and relatives.

Celebrities, politicians, socialites, the folks rich or famous enough to make the news, shoot their mouth off daily with a statement that must be retracted at a later time.
What is the value of these rich/famous people’s words?
Countless times they perform a ‘mea culpa’ followed by Americans’ favorite ‘an apology’. All in the name of the mighty dollar, but what I cannot comprehend is why these people don’t learn to make their money and keep their “f” mouth shot.
