Written by Sara Grimes
You pull
Up in your
New ride;
Growl.
I shirk
Hesitate
You drive
off.
I text you to
Park,
The vines jut out
Around the lattice
Of the trellis,
My breasts jut out
Around the lace of my
Bra
Under your thumb
Under my black shirt
Your hand gets stuck
Under the
Bands of my back
Orange and black
On the dead end street
You kiss me
Many Times
Softly
Then slam your teeth against
My lips
You say
“It’s always nice to see you,”
Devour my neck,
Then,
“Tell me you want me to [take] you.”
I tell you,
