From a personal photographic project titled “Maple Sugar” by Dan MacDonald.

The project documents some of the work at a hobby sugar camp in New Brunswick, Canada. The Maple Syrup industry in Canada is worth about $408 million (Canadian dollars – 2013 statistics), of which approximately $29 million came from New Brunswick commercial operations. A number of small operations, including the subject of this project, produce maple syrup on a part-time, non-commercial basis.
