Written by Michaël Janssens
Stroll with my grandfather,
the pond
the ducks,
girls walking who didn’t do much to me.
Feeling secure,
holding his hand.
He bought ice cream,
the ice fell off the cone.
He bought me a fresh one.
I loved this man,
all in my memory now.
