Artist statement
From 2022 I am working on an ongoing photography project “Other spaces” where I reinterpret the spaces that I frequently visit, like university campus, local store, industrial buildings etc. I am opting for an aesthetically pure and contrasted image that negates the realism of the frame but fortifies my own vision of the urban environment. These spaces are usually full of life and people but in this vision, they are visualized as metaphysical and mostly abandoned by people.”
