I’ve always surrendered to the city.

Every street, every corner, and every facade captivates me, darkened by the night, illuminated by stars and neon lights…

As if I were always missing exploring it, traversing it, getting to know it deeply.

Conquering it.

Consuming it with walking, and with glances.

And when I walk through it, violent and uninhabitable, it surrenders itself to me, to fragment it, to be with it, to be in it, and it in me.

With me.

To create it and then let myself go.

And lose myself in the light of day.
