Peace out diabetes
No doubt that I beat these
Potential damages, these
Exponential marriages to
Insulin, thin, pull into the
Place where my kidneys
Won’t go down under
Like Sydney, not torn asunder
By Disney, for diabetes ain’t no
High school musical, no bubblegum
Flavored antibiotics and
I savored antipsychotics
That contributed to the
Eruption of my Islets of Langerhans
Disruption of my eyes and
My mangled hands
Brand was Type II,
I no longer simp or influence
Pimp, won’t sin for this
Dinner barely finished
Appetite diminished
Rather eat spinach
Over a sirloin
Rather teach English
I won’t purloin
For diabetes wrangles
Just as every artist will
For diabetes dangles
Like a participle
