This series emerged from a trip to Ioannina and represents a personal reflection on my experience of the place.

Most of the images focus on the landscape and its atmosphere, with light, weather, and subtle shifts in tone shaping the feeling of each scene. Human presence appears gently within the environment rather than as the main subject, adding a quiet sense of life to the spaces.

I was more interested in conveying how I experienced these moments rather than providing a literal depiction of the place. The photographs function as small, intimate impressions of the journey, where the landscape and the sense of time merge into a single mood.

The aim of the series is to share this atmosphere and to leave room for the viewer to connect with it in their own personal way.

Biography

I am a graphic designer and photographer based in Athens, Greece. I have been involved in photography for the past nine years, focusing primarily on landscape photography and capturing the atmosphere and sense of place.

In recent years, I have also explored self-portraits and conceptual photography, developing more personal and narrative approaches.

I have participated in group exhibitions and have presented my work at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. Travel, cinema, and music are key sources of inspiration in my practice.
