Breathe the moment

To wait gently, attentive, receptive,
open only to this space, this time.
Neither past nor future, breathe the moment.

*Excerpt from Respirer l’instant, William Segal, Ed. Calman-Lévy 1996

My practice is slow and immerses me in a meditative state.

I allow myself this slowness by wandering through spaces full of memory, to let emotions happen.

I want to be in a different rhythm, a rhythm where I have the right to dream, without immediately worrying about production or productivity.

I let the experience of observing the metamorphosis of things infuse me with. For me, it really involves the desire to create a poetic space, conducive to daydreaming.

Inside, outside, flowers and views picked on Île-aux-Moines between winter and spring 2026.
This series of 33 photographs was taken on Île-aux-Moines, an island in the Gulf of Morbihan, Brittany, France.
