Invisible Neighbors
They’re our Neighbors but we never see them.
These last years, the number of migrants attempting to reach Europe from the North African coasts has reached new records.
Too many of them die, but fortunately a great majority manage to cross the Mediterranean sea and land on European shores.
For this photo-documentary project, I decided to immerse during some months, in some refugees camps inside Paris.
My goal was to understand the reasons that led these people to opt for exile and to show the conditions of life of these human beings living far away from their families and countries.
