This Hermit’s music pick is from an African music CD that does not seem to be available any longer. The songs are ‘Grito de Bo Fidge’ by Boy Ge Mendes and ‘Super Mama Djombo‘ by Dissan Na M’Bera. Super Mama Djombo is an outstanding dance and workout track. I hit the treadmill hard or pump heavy iron with this song. Fantastic sweaty workouts!
