As humans, we have the potential to be empathetic and create mutual closeness and understanding. But the fast-paced life doesn’t give us many opportunities for mutual perception. Our thoughts, attitudes, values, and desires – it’s all within us, but other people hardly know about it. We keep ourselves to ourselves. We’re afraid to be open, and often feel lonely even among people. Our relationships are fragile, and we easily get hurt. To build close and strong relationships, we must have a sorted-out relationship with ourselves. Find our own light.
I perceive my images not just as compositions of light and shadow but also as an inner journey into my soul beyond my own boundaries, where I encounter my deepest shadows but also desires. It’s a glimpse into what’s happening in my head, where dreaming and the creative process jointly open the doors to my inner world.
