Living here in S.W. Wisconsin’s Driftless area, surrounded by natural beauty, it is easy to take common, utilitarian, sights for granted. In my work, I strive to highlight places and things that normally reside near the edges of our vision and/or our attention, the seemingly mundane that we may pass daily, never noticing the beauty they hold. I hope I succeed in this, even if only rarely.
