Along the Silk Road is a travel diary through Uzbekistan, where I explored the dialogue between memory and modernity in some of the places once crossed by the ancient Silk Road. In the locations I visited, I found echoes of stories read in novels and in the chronicles of past travelers.
I captured candid moments of everyday life, seeking connections between the people I encountered and the urban settings that preserve the historical memory of these places.
