“Along the Road – Africa” was born from my travels and encounters along the continent’s roads. My aim is not to freeze an image of Africa, but to capture moments of exchange, gestures and gazes that reveal the vitality and diversity of the continent in the 21st century.
Through these photographs, I seek to show a multifaceted Africa, where memory and modernity intertwine, where fragile landscapes converse with the strength of communities. Each image arises from a meeting, a silent dialogue, and becomes an invitation to discover an Africa in motion, alive and ever-changing — one that looks at us as much as we look at it.
