The silence tortures
A self-inflicted solo
Singer in his room.
Temptation is stormy
Winds howling in the darkness
Flickering candle
Traitor is the heart
As a wave tossed in the wind
Double-minded life
There is an anchor
That will keep the heart and soul
Cross-shaped wooden stake
This stake has to pierce
The fake facade of wholeness
The snake has to die
The snake that is I
I rest in a death
That is a life in Jesus
Resurrection joy
And now the duet
slowly sings some harmony
Opens up the doors
