Written by Irma Kurti
In appearance, everything looks fine:
you talk to me constantly; I wait for
your voice impatiently, every day at
the same time…
In this vortex, in this chaos, there is
only ice; the heartbeats are missing;
there’s only routine and no emotion.
I want to think that the two of us are
like we used to be, that the fire inside
us still burns, that I remain your first
thought when you wake up, your last
thought when you fall sleep in the night.
I’ve never before loved it as I do today:
the appearance.
