On a typical night,
Occured a mythical blight.
Turning towards the stars upright,
Hazy skies, gloomy eyes- all witness
The hopeless Demise.
Dooming upon the sorrows, inert
Yearning desires instigating revert.
Desperation in vain,
Irredeemable toil.
Stood there enduring
The hopeless Pain.
Regard to own the cries unheard
Lies still, trapped and earthed.
Heed to bless despondent lives,
Was the price to pay
a hopeless Demise?
Demise is the wrong swing,
For the last breath stolen was
a treacherous sting.
The fatal striking- a deadly blow
The lives of deprived, left
Utterly hollow.
