Written by Wilma Fellman
Strangers we started out
Willing to meet and learn
What we were all about
Friends we became in turn
We took the world as one
Sharing the dream we knew
Trying to keep it fun
So through the years we grew
But in those years we both became
A host of things, each with a name
Lover and friend, teacher and guide
So many parts, played side by side
Now we no longer share
Each of us gone our way
Re-learning not to care
Awkward in what to say
Strangers we started out
Willing to make a vow
Strange once again no doubt
But what do I call you now?
