There’s a ridge
A wave in the rotating disc
of the Milky Way
Where swirls of stars
spiral to the shape
of black-matter lathes
through Time
unwinding
falling down gravity funnels
beacons beam
sliding into
maws of an infinite tunnel
surfing the crest
of fleeting Now
rider on
a boat of consciousness
looking over the bow
where and what is
the next stage in this
sailing stellar evolution?
The Question
is the Solution:
where wonder goes
drives Us to stand upon the plank
unafraid of moving forward
in order to
dive into the tides of tomorrow.
