Stavros was born in Thessaloniki in 1983. He began his musical career with private bouzouki lessons from Stelios Xafis (student of Haris Lemonopoulos). Stavros was admitted through the national entrance exams to the Department of Music Technology & Acoustics Engineering in Rethymno, where he attended courses.

 He became one of the 29 contestants of the TV reality show Fame Story 3 (ANT1, 2004–05). 

Stavros graduated from IEK AKMI Thessaloniki and EOPPEP as a certified Sound Engineer, a profession he has practiced in more than 15 cities and islands in Greece and Italy. As a songwriter, he has composed more than 470 songs and pieces of music. He has published 4 poetry collections, 4 short stories, a reflective essay book, and a text in Braille. The artist has created 13 short films, one of which was selected for screening at the 9th International Video Poetry Festival and the 9th Edessa Short Film Festival. He has collaborated with Heaven Music, People Entertainment, and Vasilis Papakonstantinou, and performed as a singer at the 27th River Party in Kastoria. 

Stavros has received the 1st Prize in Poetry and the 1st Prize in Song Composition at the InterArtia Festival, as well as the 2nd Prize in the 6th U Write Poetry Competition. Beyond music, he has been involved in theater, painting, radio, and photography. In 2022 one of his photographs won 1st Prize from the Hellenic Photographic Society in a contest on Surrealism, in 2023 he received 1st Prize from Kyklops Company in a photography competition on "Light and Shadow," and in 2024 he was awarded both 1st Prize in Color and 1st Prize in Black & White Photography at the 3rd Hellenic Artistic Competition Kefalos. 

His work has been exhibited in group shows in Crete, Rhodes, Cyprus, Thessaloniki, Athens, Manhattan, and elsewhere, while his photographs have been published in Greek magazines such as: "Photografos" and "Photonet". He has worked as a music educator at a Creative Employment Center (KDAP) for people with disabilities, holds a diploma in Byzantine Music, and is a premium member of Moments Collective. A multi-instrumentalist, he has recorded with a wide range of instruments including guitar, bouzouki, piano, saxophone, harmonica, melodica, percussion, kazoo, ney, ukulele, oud, metallophone, kalimba, Cretan lyra, whistle, Pontic lyra, jaw harp, drums, shaman's flute, and didgeridoo.
