Lady Amherst Pheasant (Chrysolophus amherstiae) neck body feather resting on a wing feather from a Crested Argus (Rheinardia ocellata).

Of the 55 kinds of pheasants, the Chinese ringneck is the most well known. People consider it a common bird because it has taken well to being imported around the world from Asia. It may be common, but it’s feathers are uncommonly handsome. These are body feathers all from one male bird.
