There is a mountain in Ethiopia called Amba Aradam where Italians and Ethiopians fought in order to capture the lands on 15 February 1936.

Once back to their country, the Italian soldiers described the battle as very confused and chaotic.  This word “Ambaradan”, is now used in Italian to describe a situation of chaos and disorder.
