I was born and live in Tuscany, a land steeped in history that has always inspired my photographic vision.

My journey with photography began almost forty years ago, in the era of analog cameras, among medium format films and long days spent in the darkroom. There, I learned the importance of time, composition, and patience.

During those years, I developed a deep connection with black and white photography, a language I still consider my most powerful means of expression.

My personal research focuses mainly on landscapes, architecture, and street photography — seen as spaces of memory, transition, and storytelling. At the same time, I collaborate with galleries, artists, foundations, and cultural institutions, documenting artworks, creative processes, and exhibitions.

Every project is an opportunity for me to listen, interpret, and visually convey an identity, its journey, and its story.

In recent years, I have broadened my perspective through the use of drones and video production, tools that allow me to create more complete visual narratives without losing the essence of photography. 

I have always viewed photography as a powerful tool for interpreting and exploring reality, capable of shaping and refining our understanding and feelings towards others. For me, photography is a form of dialogue between what we see and what remains — a way to give substance to memory, to the human landscape, and to the traces that time leaves on things.
