Urban Geometry: The Silent Expression of Structures is a photographic exploration of architecture’s unspoken language — its shapes, shadows, and rhythms. Without initially intending to create a series, I found myself repeatedly drawn to the tension and harmony between human design and abstract form. Each frame in this collection isolates a moment where architecture transcends utility and becomes sculpture.
The use of black and white emphasizes contrast and composition, allowing structure to take precedence over color. My lens seeks not just to document buildings, but to reimagine them — to question perspective, symmetry, and the surreal nature of the built world. What began as a study in architectural photography became a meditation on the geometry of space, the illusion of control, and the quiet poetry hidden in concrete, steel, and glass.
In these images, structures appear anthropomorphic, playful, oppressive, or spiritual — reflecting our emotional responses to the cities we inhabit. This body of work invites viewers to pause and renegotiate their relationship with the urban landscape, seeing not just buildings, but stories, tensions, and hidden symmetries.
It’s my way of getting lost in form, and maybe helping others pause, look up, and see the built world a little differently.
