Where are you always going?
I doubt that
I’ll stay around for
the drama of
“I miss you.”
Watching you
become a werewolf
chilled my heart
until it burned.
Honor the tradition.
Years of being a
giant icon in
the movies
hasn’t slowed
the chase.
The human runs from
the cold blast
of the monster inside.
May we both
arise better
than the 82 moons
of Saturn.
Wherever you are
during the Strawberry moon,
I miss you.
