Darren Sacks is a UK based photographer who looks to uncover the beauty in everyday and often overlooked urban scenes. Most of his work does not feature human faces directly but instead suggests human presence through silhouettes, shadows, or fleeting details. Light and shadow, layered compositions, reflections and vibrant colour are central to his visual language and he often builds an image around a composition that feels quietly compelling, using abstract layering to reflect the energy and complexity of the city. Most of his work is shot around central London in the areas around Greenpark, Soho and Chinatown.
