Let’s go back in time to the 1970’s and 1980’s. This was the period the cocaine cowboy’s changed Miami.  Miami Vice was a hit TV series (1984-1989) and the movie Scarface (1983) starring Al Pacino was in theaters and became a cult classic.  Miami was put on the map, for glitz and danger.
