Survival and Recovery on Chene Street in Detroit
In a desolate inner city section of Detroit (50% or more of the residence of Detroit live in poverty) some have sought out Peacemakers International, a “neutral christian territory”, in Detroit, MI. USA.
Coming from drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution, crime and homelessness they have found a path to recovery and survival. Peacemakers International offers food, shelter, and unconditional love to anyone in need. Over the years Peacemakers International has attained a 20%(approx.) rate of success with it’s community out reach programs.
