This is the town of Rivesville WV along the Monongahela River. It was once a thriving Coal mining town like many towns in North Central WV. These docks sit just outside the town. The bright glow in the center is the Rivesville power plant operating. This power plant has been shut down due to new regulations and the cost to refit the plant. The glow on the right side of the river is Resolute Forest Products paper recycling plant
