San José, called Chepe, Costa Rica. Far from the natural national parks attracting more visitors every year, the night is falling on the neighbourhoods of the Catedral district. Barrio Lujan, La Cruz, Bellavista… Nowadays, these few blocks are the guardians of a certain popular josefina identity. Gradually new figures appear, the atmosphere changes, the night slips. It takes the appearance and adopts the attributes of a film noir in latina version of which I become spectator.
