In 2017, my grandmother Clara became seriously ill with pneumonia. As a consequence, her quality of life deteriorated rapidly. My family and I became her caregivers and we accompanied her in the last year of her life.
This documentary work portrays the intimate relationship that I built with my grandmother throughout that year, I saw her best and most beautiful flashes of life and also the indications of an announced death. I saw the longing of youth and the lament of the years.
This work is a tribute to her time on earth.
I love you, Grandma Clara
