give me a home cooked meal
forget eating out
can goods and preservatives
food loaded with salt and sugar
takes years off the body and ticker
restaurants are in business to make money
use the cheapest ingredients and push the customers out the door
the old timers know
give me a pot of stew or soup
with vegetables and herbs from the garden
tomorrow morning I have more seeds to sow
