We would have it no other way

Great things are coming wouldn’t you say

Life is bringing the best

We don’t see anything less

Do all the work today because it’s almost time to play

All the work is being paid off

We are no longer lost

We know the way and the light

We know that we have finished a good fight

So now we reap all the rewards

We’re headed upwards.

Be still 2.0 by Cindy Kearney is poetry reflecting on the pandemic; a time with so many unknowns. We have to find the light when it feels like we are surrounded by darkness. Sometimes we feel alone, but there are others with similar circumstances. Be still poetry is an opportunity to find connections and solutions through art.

Be still is a collection of 30 poems to find connection through a pandemic. Be still is a window into pandemic lives and a way for us to see how much we have in common and how we can work together.
