Yaroslava Nikolaeva does body fitness – a sport that is rarely associated with femininity. Nevertheless, the beauty of her body, created by painstaking work, is similar to the plasticity of an antique sculpture, with its symmetry and harmony. The main parameters of the ancient spiritual culture were self-esteem and self-confidence, the understanding of freedom as the highest moral category. The antique ideal combines the beauty of a perfect body, high intelligence and inner moral perfection. This sketch is not a comparison or an attempt to raise a question or enter into an argument. This is purely an admiration of a woman with a good figure, a healthy body and a strong spirit.
