Written by Carioca Da Gema
She returned home
Complete destruction
Rubble everywhere
Neighbors gone
Under torn pieces of a curtain
The piano stands
Proud and calling for her
On a broken chair she sat
And
Played
HARD
Remembering
The room where her family gathered
Talking about their day
Planning a bright future
She played
She cried
She levitated toward the fading past
Surrounded by ruins
Refusing to surrender
She Danced
