Five kilometers away from Tbilisi, there’s a district called Vaziani. It’s a former military settlement with 41 buildings. The people living there have lots of problems and they call their home “District 13”.

There are no trees or any kind of green nature around the district. The asphalt road ends where the settlement starts. Plastic bags always fly in the air because of the strong wind. The people living in the old military settlement are the refugees from Abkhazia, high mountains and the ones from the socially insecure and disadvantaged families.

Everything looks like the specially decorated scene from a scary movie. The good examples of this scene are the only beauty salon and the only tailoring which is placed in a small room of a two-story building. The people of Vaziani have neither money nor joy for marriages, fancy dresses or hairstyles.
