ALTERATION
We downed vines. Summer birds flew.
MEASURE
The rain outlasted their love.
TRIAL
Mountains divided us. We went hiking.
AS ONE
Their bodies answered to fire, closing.
DOUBLED
In the flood, every seed sprouted.
EXPECTATIONS
They lashed out, the wind dying.
SPRING
Ice broke; then, a song started.
