Who are you?
Who am I?
At this given time,
Two bodies sit within close proximity,
With two entirely separate minds,
With two sets of different eyes,
That view the empty space in which they are existing
Entirely differently.
Two sets of hearts beat simultaneously,
Two souls remain locked away within the flesh.
In this moment,
We are experiencing the brutal truth of humanity.
You are not me,
I am not you.
I see a body,
I see a human being.
But I do not see you.
