In Brazil – Salvador & Bahia, I channel a photojournalistic and documentary lens to illuminate everyday stories in one of Brazil’s most vibrant cultural centers. Through candid portraits and ambient street scenes, I aim to capture moments where community life, ritual, and personal resilience intersect whether it’s in the rhythms of Pelourinho, light dancing off colonial walls, or faces reflecting pride and quiet persistence.
This series highlights humanity in ordinary gestures: a vendor’s interaction with a passerby, music drifting through narrow alleys, or the glow of golden light at dusk. Shot with minimal intrusion and deep immersion, these photographs invite the viewer into lived spaces where the ordinary becomes poetic and where stories of place and people merge.
Working in Salvador, I was drawn to how history and everyday life co-exist in dynamic tension: through street art, sonic traditions, the play of marketplaces. This body of work fits within my broader practice of visual storytelling grounded in atmosphere, emotion, and intimate human connections.

The Mogli My work is rooted in movement, story, and place. As a visual artist, I use photography and film to capture the energy of life in transit across borders, cultures, and environments. Raised on the road and shaped by global perspectives, I’m drawn to the raw, the quiet, the cinematic moments that often go unseen. Whether it’s the stillness before a storm or the laughter echoing off a hotel hallway, my lens focuses on emotional truth. Through my storytelling, I aim to create connection between people and place, feeling and memory, adventure and home.
