Family Moments is an ongoing home documentary project in which I photograph the quiet, intimate, and often overlooked moments of life within my own family. Created over time inside the familiar spaces of home, the series reflects on the emotional atmosphere of domestic life, its tenderness, routines, silences, and small gestures that often pass unnoticed but shape our memories and relationships.

Artist Statement

I began photographing my family because I realized that the most meaningful moments in our lives often happen quietly, without announcement inside ordinary rooms, during routine days, in gestures so familiar that they are easy to overlook.

Through this ongoing project, I document my home not just as a physical space, but as an emotional one. It is where love, memory, routine, solitude, care, and complexity all exist together. I am drawn to moments that feel subtle yet emotionally charged moments that reveal something deeper beneath everyday life.

For me, photographing my family is a way of preserving not only how life looked, but how it felt. This work is both a personal archive and a reflection on the emotional weight carried by ordinary domestic moments. 

Family Moments is my way of documenting life at home with small gestures, quiet emotions and the strength of relationships. Through these photographs, I want to show how ordinary scenes can carry extraordinary meaning, reminding us of the beauty in everyday life.
