To miss not forests for the trees
Explore a forest’s leafy bliss!

To make not molehills into mounts
Go mount a hill, or wade a lake!

To fly not quickly off the handle
Unhand your phone for pole and fly!

To eek out nauseous navel gazing
Raise a scope! At planets, peek

To nip depression in the bud
Your green-thumb sessions do not skip

If ‘tween a rock and hardish place
Find space to think; go bum a beach!

To dodge those hellish fears and doubts
Check out! And get… heck out of dodge

See nature’s gifts with child-eyes!
A while spent outside conveys…

The Maker’s vibrant, fear-erasing, soul-reviving, all-embracing

Smile
