My photographic work is mostly done hiking.
This subject « Conversation de chaises » could evoke for some people the loneliness.
For me not. These unoccupied chairs and armchairs are an invitation to rest, to seat and to start an imaginary talk which leads to my mind. It could be an unending trip in myself: What I think, what I never say, what I would like to say …… But it can be too the beginning of a story, imagining the life of those who seated on them.
And I hope that everyone could do the same watching these photographs.
Biography – Born in 1955 – Self - taught Photographer - Medical Doctor After two meetings with Jean Claude Lemagny at the National Bibliotheque of France, Paris, in the nineties, which changed my professional road, I stopped to practice my job in 2014 to dedicate me only to the photography. I consider myself like a craftswoman in argentic photography, making all the steps from taking photographs to the gelatino silver print. My photographs, coming from my outside world, only in black and white, bring you to a trip sometimes realistic, sometimes abstract, and tell you my story.
