Photojournalist and Photographer Michele Lapini is the Edge of Humanity Magazine contributor of this social documentary photography.
These images are from the book “Genuino Clandestino” with texts by Roberta Borghesi and Michela Potito and photographs by Sara Casna and Michele Lapini. Genuino Clandestino is a network of communities and peasant movements that has spread throughout the Italian territory, promoting concrete and practical alternatives to the model of capitalist agribusiness, through the valorization of local food consumption – kilometre zero – and food self-determination. The book recounts the journey of the authors through ten communities in 9 region of Italy who are part of Genuino Clandestino. A huge movement without leaders and hierarchy but with a manifesto  for every community in struggle for food self-determination.
