Sometimes when i watch another
go through what i went through
it gives me that space to grieve.
I feel hurt that it happens
to someone else as well.
They cry and i cry with them
about my own history.
It´s like being a ghost,
watching from a distance
what happened to yourself.
It gave me permission to feel it.
I accepted in that moment
how badly i had been treated,
when i see someone treated the same way.
It´s not ideal but at least i now feel,
release and heal.
Like a ghost i accepted my past
and it brought me to the present.

Thank you!
Experiences of others help us heal and seeing similar experiences with some distance often brings learning.
Beautful thoughts. Your writing really spoke to me. I particularly like the line – it gives me that space to grieve.
I am grateful for your healing. Blessings to you. ❤️
