In 2012, I learned that my father has pleural mesothelioma and that the median survival line will be 6 to 18 months.

My production suddenly turns to black and white and I make a series of self-portraits that could be described as spiritist, evoking ghostly apparitions.

Born in 1974 in Paris, I spent my childhood as an expatriate (mainly in Greece, Egypt, Comoros and Indonesia) before arriving in France at the age of 16.

With a classical university education in Art History and Social Anthropology applied to the Arts, I started photography in 2010 as a self-taught artist, with an essentially emotional and sensitive approach.

I have taken part in several photography competitions, from which I have emerged as either a finalist or winner. My photographs have been shown and published in various parts of the world.

Occasional photographer for publishing (book covers) and the press in Europe, I also worked for several years as assistant to the artistic director and curator of an art gallery focused on Art Brut, Insolite et Rock'n Roll, which also offers artistic events in France and Belgium.

Since 2021 I've been devoting myself solely to my personal artistic and photographic work, both solo and in collaboration with other artists.
