Citizens today are totally perfect
in attitude, knowledge, and bearing
they are totally right, never wrong –
unlike those who lived before.
Every position taken is absolute,
correct and undeniable – they live
understanding their unique and
unassailable position is superior to all
in manner, method, and morals.
Confidently moving their inferiors aside,
opening arms to the perceived glorious
worship that will be their due in
generations to come, generations
that will recognize their perfection,
know their god-like status and, as
they did before, dismiss and denigrate
those who passed before, those from
back then before the ideal had been
attained and there was no more
reason nor need to press on to
some other future that could only
be second-rate compared to themselves,
they who in their unquestionable magnificence
are the ones we know now, the ones we adore,
our wondrous and wonderful perfect citizens.
