I’ve always loved the analogic mood and all my works are made on 35mm film.
From River to Sea is a photo-series in which I decided to photograph a place located near a power plant (closed for years) along a river that flows into the sea and there are all these little wooden houses of fishermen. It is place for my little ‘magic’ I have known about since as a child I often went with my dad to let our dogs run or bathe them. It was one of those rare moments when I was alone with him and I remember those moments with great affection.
I decided to photograph this place by instinct (like almost all the things I do), especially the wooden houses and the towers of the powerhouse, I snapped for many hours, but then I chose the sunset, which has the most beautiful homogeneous light. Later I would like to photograph people who live there and the interior of the houses if I can. I hope so.
