In the middle of Oslo sits Bjørvika and there you can find Losæter, secluded below two air circulation towers. Urban farming is on the rise and Losæter has taken this a step further. Located on a green oasis between a construction site and a highway; it has its own farmer and volunteer community. Only a few years ago this area was a pile of sand, but now it contains fruit trees, berries, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers.
